Joshua,
The only times I have seen this problem was when there was some damage to
the registry. The IP (or VirtualXXX) and Domain name folders, were not
correct (they are 'circular' references!), so IMail thinks one (or more) IP
(virtualXXX) is for the 'wrong' domain and the 'Domain' was for another IP.
If you backup (registry, export) the registry branches for each domain, you
can use that to 'restore' your missing domains/users/passwords. However
until the registry is fixed, this will likely continue.
