there are 2 issues there: the sending by mail client pgm to Imail's SMTPD 
server, and then Imail's SMTP client "sending" to the local mailbox.  So 
the investigation needs to determine whether the msg was sent twice by the 
sender, or once by sender and twice by Imail, or whether the POP3 client(s) 
read a single msg twice, w/o deleting it after reading.

This does not happen with any msgs from remote users??

Were people receiving a msg twice in one POP3 session? or did they get a 
msg again in a 2nd POP3 session?

have you stop/started the POP3 service? SMTP service?
