I ran into this with a badly formatted E-mail message. Every time the
user tried to read their E-mail, iwebmsg.exe bombed out. Look at the web
messaging login log and see if there is a common user each time and
temporarily disable their web login. If that cures the problem they are
probably the one with a corrupt message.
I sent the message to Ipswitch but I haven't checked to see if they
fixed it in 6.04.
