Well I am a sql newbie, but I will tell you what I did.  When I add the
host, I goto my sql machine and run a stored querry to setup fields. Select
Querry Analyser and create a script that adds all the required fields.  Then
you cann reload this script, change the table name and instantly add them
all without omissions/errors.

I am sure there is a better way, but this works and it really takes no time
at all
