It's going to take a *LOT* of work.

In order to do that, you would have to have JavaScript code (or perhaps ASP that grabs 
the page and returns it to the user), that would search for every link within a 
message ("www.somedomain.com") and convert them to a link that opens in a new window.

If you're going to go to this much work, you might as well do it the "HoTMaiL way" and 
have the URL point to a page on your site that defines a frame.  That URL would have 
to accept the domain name and then put it into the bottom part of the frame, and the 
top part of your frame would have the disclaimer "This web site isn't on our web 
server!!!!!!  Don't sue us please!!!!".
