Are you keeping the old name (for a while)? Then it's easy. Set up the
old server accounts with forwarding to the new ones and vacation
messages describing the new domain. 

Potentially even easier if the server will stay the same. Then point the
new domain to the old user folders, essentially "breaking" the rules
about mingling domains. Then [EMAIL PROTECTED] will share the same
folder as [EMAIL PROTECTED], and the mail will wind up in the same
inbox regardless. I wouldn't also change the user addresses unless there
are serious reasons to do so -- it would make it much worse a project.
