Last week I sent a note stating that under Windows 2000, IMAIL's IMAP
services are dying.

I use Terminal Services and read my mail with Outlook Express 5 remotely.

Turns out that if I read my mail remotely with OE5, IMAP dies. If I read it
from Win 2K's console, IMAP stays up. I suspected this several days ago &
since I have been reading via OE5 on the console, I have not had the
problem.

Sounds like an odd bug / conflict somewhere. Prior to upgrading to Win 2k,
I used to read my mail remotly with OE5 on a Windows NT4 Terminal server
remote session.

If anyone has workaround / explaination, I'm all ears. Meanwhile, I
thought the group would be interested in the outcome of my experiment.
