Brian,
Unfortunately, IMail and AOL don't get along. Your customers will need to use another browser. Sign on to AOL, after login, minimize window and launch IE or Netscape.

Subject: [IMail Forum] AOL Access

I have customers who are trying to connect to iMail from their AOL accounts and are getting rejected. Does anyone know if AOL restricts access to specific ports or anything else that might be causing this?
