Man we had an Imail Tech support nightmare this morning.  My boss was on the
phone with a tech named Susan and she told my boss to shutup 5 times.  I was
in the same room at the time and he did not say anything offensive he was
actually very calm, and ask to speak to her supervisor, Eric.
