Cody,
Have you all you need to address this situation? I'm sure the KB covers most
of it, but how and when to do what might be a bit confusing.
First, I'd get the users and their directories straightened out, then get
the IP addresses changed, then convert the one domain to IPless.
If you are comfortable editing the registery, that would be pretty quick.
But, if you do not understand the structure IMail uses (it is not really
complicated), then by all means, make sure you have backups for every change
you do!
You can find the version number of IMail in several ways. Remotely, connect
to the SMTP service and see what version it reports, is about the simplest
and can be done from just about anywhere.
