It should be instantaneous.  An "SMTPD" server process receives the 
mail, queues it the \spool dir, an "SMTP-" client process picks it up 
for delivery to a local domain\users\username\main.mbx file.

1. Look in imail\spool\sysMMDD.txt log file for errors (gotta have 
SMTP logging turned on).

2. During the 5 - 30 minute delay, look in the imail 
controlpanel:queue to see if the delayed msgs are in there.
