This is the routine for a mail list. And isn't that a CR, LF
combination?

You would want to edit your text file to combine the Last Name and First
Name into one field, preferably without an included comma. Off the top
of my head, I don't know if quotes are needed or even recognized.
Experiment! Nothing says your test file has to contain more than one
user...
