Thanx Andy, that is the problem. Is there anyway of solving this to view
what they term Level 1 attachments - Anyone?

If you email software is Outlook 2000, you may have installed the SR1 Mail
Security fix. It would prevent accessing (even SAVING) certain type of
executable files types.
(Just a shot in the dark - you didn't offer too much "light".)
