I have a strange problem that I can not figure out.
On a domain when a client tries to access the web messaging system the
browser just stops and never brings him the screen (after the logon -
menu.cgi)). This only happens if there is NO MAIL in his mailbox. If there
is mail then the system works.
I have wathced him do it and it is reproducible. When I do it it works
perfectly. He is dialing in from England although this should not matter.
Other clients of his using the web system also experience the same problem.
So far I have had no reports of this happening except on his domain name.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
