Magdy,

These are the symptoms of changing the 'wrong' IP address for your new
domain. If you used the Primary IP for this new domain (when it should be
used for the first domain, for your company), you probably did not answer
the question (are you creating a new domain) with the right answer (should
have been no, but you probably said yes as you thought you were creating a
new domain), so in effect, you removed the primary host name from IMail on
your machine.

This can be fixed, but it is a bit hard to explain in email. If at all
possible, contact Support for help.
