Imail listens on all ip's, even the orphaned ones.  Since there's 
nothing incoming on the orphaned ip's, Imail won't send anything out 
that way, so that's not yr pb.

Scott and I both pointed you at the DNS pb.  Have you verified that 
Imail smtp:dns ip address is valid for your new situ and that the DNS 
is working?  No DNS, no mail leaves.

Imail will read all ip's found in the NT settings, and write them to 
Imail's registry, but does not remove them from the Imail registry 
when they are removed from NT settings.  How to remove the orphaned 
ip's from Imail registry is explained in the KB.
