If you have access to the server, get on it when it's going slow and do
ctrl-alt-delete and bring up the task manager. See how much the processor
is being used up. I would be willing to be it's 100%.
Then go to the processed menu and click on the "CPU" column and it will sort
according to which process is using the most CPU time and you'll find your
culprit.
I have found that when users are accessing the IMail server via Web
Messaging that it often-times makes the processor run at 100% utlization and
slows down the server pretty bad. I asked IMail about that and they said
the post 6.04 patch fixed that problem but I haven't noticed a change.
