I believe IMail will listen on port 80 of all the TCP/IP addresses that are
configured on the server. This usually means that iMail and IIS won't
co-exist if iMail is listening on port 80.
An easier solution is to create a virtual server in IIS that re-directs to the
iMail web server port.

Subject: [IMail Forum] changing port on IIS/iMail
I am installing iMail on a new NT server and want to change the web mail port
that iMail listens on to port 80. The manual indicates that you just change
the Web Messaging Server to port 80 stop and restart provided that there is no
other server running on the IIS server.
I am not sure what no other server running on the IIS server means. What do I
need to do to convert the web mail portion to port 80 in IIS?
thanks, bob
