... then read this "unsolicited testimonial" from a happy IMGate user:

going through a Dell Pentium 75 Desktop with 24 megs of memory running
Postfix on Linux for two months!"
He didn't say, but I bet his CPU utilization was under 10% (or 20%,
who cares?), so he could also send all his outbound traffic though
Linux and make it into next year without breaking a sweat.
This IMgate user also rejects about 2500+ msgs/day using MAPS
blacklist, mostly open-relays. He always intended to upgrade his
IMGate to a "real" machine, but ... if it ain't broke ...
So, Imail admins, before you know it, 2000 will slide into 2001 and
you'll still have Imail's pretty, pink cheeks flapping in the evening
breeze, inviting every spammer and pimply, slack-jawed script kiddie
in da 'hood to drive by and take a free, unpunished whack after whach
after whack.
