What does MX stand for?

I just had a look at their demo of manageing the name servers, and I saw no
where to create MX records or anything that you need to have a mail
server..... it just allows you to say which name servers your domain will
use...... do their staff create all the DNS enteries needed to run mail? Or
did I miss something in there?
Have you created, or had someone create the MX records and such?
