Just a couple of things -
LiveStats by MediaHouse and IIS
The mail does not get delivered to any of the users at all - it's like I
mail deletes the message somehow.

similar issue with WebShield SMTP where if one of the users is invalid, it
may end up sending a copy of the E-mail to everyone each time it tries
re-sending the E-mail to the invalid recipient.
