IIS
FTP is a good basic FTP program.. the are no frills to it. It has
limitations on setting up limits or restrictions to users and not by IP
address.. You can not tell it that "Bob" is only allowed to see directory
meeting in the www.domain.com/meeting ftp
site.
With
Serv-U I know this can be done... as well as upload/download ratios.. much
more control. It is a little more difficult to set up with users and such
due to NTFS permissions but if you need the control then IIS FTP is not the
one.
