Hi Nadella,
The easiest thing to do is to go into the properties of the user and create
a default password or ask the old pasword to the user and type it in again
and save your changes, this should be enought instead of trying the password
somewhere in the imail user database.

Dear All,
we are using Imail 6.04 we had a problem regarding user passwords, if
user forgets his password, we have to retrieve his password and sent to his
address, but we are unable to retrieve his password from the Imail database.
If any body knows about it please suggest a solution to retrieve user
passwords
