right now DNS and IMAIL reside on the same server (probably not for long) so
all I enter in the MX Mail server field is ISPdomain.com. That's what you
mean when you write "imail.ISPdomain.com" right?

These are A records so "ip.Imail" is simply the ipaddress of the Imail
server, correct?

Hmm, having a little trouble here. I am using No Mail Relay which means I am
using outgoing mail authentication right now. This allows my users to
connect to any network and send mail on my smtp server. If I check Relay
mail for Addresses does Outgoing SMTP authentication still work regardless
of the IP address they are on?
