Well, I can't answer that. But, you can get a good idea as to whether the
problem is on the IMail end or the Outlook end. That information will at
least point you in the right direction.
Check the IMail logs for a case where this does happens, and a case where it
does not happen. Take a look at see what is different in the logs. If
something *is* different (IE, IMail reports back an error message in one
case, but doesn't in the other), then IMail may be to blame. If the logs
show the exact same thing happening, you'll probably need to give Microsoft
their $195 to report the problem.
