[IMail Forum] Help!!!

This is getting really quite frustrating now.  My members get booted out and have to log in again whilst checking their email.  I'm getting angry with it myself so goodness knows what my members are thinking.  SOmetimes I have to try to log-in 5 or 6 times before it is successful and I can be booted out several times jjust reading 2 or 3 e-mails.   Does anyone else get kicked out of web mail for no apparent reason.  DO I need to fine tune my IMAL Server to cope with so many simultaneous active users?   Please please please help!
