This could mean that the mailbox is locked (by the POP3 session that was not
terminated correctly), so the Web MSG cannot modify the mailbox for the
deletion. Time (an hour) can fix this (cause the lock to be removed) as well
as stopping/starting the service that has the lock on the file (SMTP, POP3,
IMAP4, Web MSG can all place a lock on the mailbox). If you tried to delete
the .mbx file, you would likely get a sharing violation and the mailbox file
would not be deleted (make a copy before attempting delete). The UID file
can usually be deleted without encountering the lock.
