Set up the rule to drop to some mailbox, for instance:

S~Suggestion:suggestion

Then setup a forward on suggestion that forwards to the desired addresses. Continuing 
the example:

suggestion.fwd 
would contain
[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]

If you used a ".," at the beginning of the foward
.,[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Then you would retain a copy of the message in the suggetion mailbox.
