Ask in the ISP NT list.

Or if you can't figure out the GUI, close the GUI and then search for 
the zone file on the disk and add the records with NotePad. I think 
the next time you open the GUI, I think your NotePad records will be picked up.

The NT4 and W2K DNS zone file records are RFC compatible and 
therefore compatible with BIND zone files.

Yes, you need to add an MX record and add a host A for "mail" host.
