In IMail Server, the users account is only the name (not the email address,
that comes from the domain in which they are members).

You might be talking about how your users send email (only a username, not
an email address). IMail can do this, but not all clients can be configured
to work this way. Maybe it is time to use full addresses and some sort of
Address Book for your users?
