Would this be the top directory in the mail admin under each virtual domain?
And can I just change it there?
for example it is currently c:\imail
should i make it c:\imail\virtualdomainname
for each virtual domain name
or is altogeather something different?

You also must have separate directories for each mail host, defined
in Imail GUI admin:
e:\mailhosts\domain1.com\users\webmaster\main.mbx
e:\mailhosts\domain2.com\users\webmaster\main.mbx
