FYI  Tucows has some programs for validating list addresses.  The one
featured on their home page today say's it mimics a send attempt to the
address and then if it is accepted drops the connection with out sending any
message.  I presume it either deletes of annotates and rejected addresses.
Actually annotating them would be best since some may be valid, but
unavailable for other reasons.
