I had one client have this problem and I found mixed versions of several
network-related files (she had apparently used an incorrect set of updates).
I uninstalled everything all the way down to the card driver (custom-removed
the driver as per manufacturer's directions) and started from scratch with
her networking setup.  That cleared it up for me, although I'm not certain
we were recieving the same error from Dr. Watson that you are...
