[IMail Forum] webmail help

Hi ,   Can I restrict webmail access to users in a virtual domain but give [EMAIL PROTECTED] Host admin access for creating Email accounts.   [EMAIL PROTECTED] should not be able to give webmail for users he creates.   Any help would be appreciated.   Sumith
