I have a client using outlook 2000 as client to Imail. He is ussually not
able to connect to the server to download the mail. The error message says
"Could not connect to the server ...". He is able to download the mail
from other accounts on the same server using the same client.
When I check the logs on the server, I find the following two entries:
send error <client ip address> 10054
<client ip address> connection reset
Anyone faced such a problem earlier? Can anyone help?
Is this somehow related to the size of the pst file? This user has very
large pst file.
