That is exactly it im running on a Windows 2000 server as a PDC. I was not
able to find any information on changing the port for Imail though.

Are you running Imail on a win 2000 domain controller? If so the operating
system already runs an LDAP service on that port (389). You may be able to
change the port, have a look in the knowledge base.
