David,
I just used your server to send myself a message and I got it within a few
seconds of completion. So IMail is working OK. Guess it is time to see the
log, with all the info from one of your delivery failures.
I did not find a PTR (reverse) record for your servers IP
(mail.dlstech.com -64.249.70.37) and that can be enough so that some domains
won't accept your email.
If the log show some text like 'domain must resolve' followed by IMail
bouncing the message back to the sender, that is the reciever rejecting your
mail because of the missing PTR.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Bouncing mail???
I am having a problem where users on my server send email to a recipient not
on my server and it gets returned with "User Unknown" error. I know the user
exists.
Any help would be great.
