I am wondering if anyone has a fix for this type of query against iMails LDAP (6.0.5)?
Here's what works:
search string = (&(objectclass=*)(cn=bob*))
- returns the correct attributes.
what does not work:
search string = (&(objectclass=person)(cn=bob*))
- returns nothing
I think this second one should work as an attribute as objectclasses are standard
attributes. There is a KB article that describes setting outlook express with the
objectclass=person value.
Is anyone aware of a way to make iMail respond with this search string?
