John, For those of us who have not gone to 6.05 yet, do we have to run .05 patch and THEN the .05a or can we just run the .05a? Thanks -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of John Korsak Sent: Friday, October 27, 2000 2:13 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [IMail Forum] IMail Server 6.05 SMTP Patch Dear IMail Forum: A problem was found in the IMail Server 6.05 SMTP32.exe process and it was felt that it required our immediate attention. A loop condition can be triggered when IMail's outbound SMTP connection is refused by the receiving server. A potential effect of this problem is that the SMTP log file could grow to be extraordinarily large. A patch is currently available for IMail Server 6.05 at: ftp://ftp.ipswitch.com/Ipswitch/Product_Support/IMail/imail605a.exe Thank you for your continued support of Ipswitch and IMail Server.
