We have problems with Web Messaging, it crashes all the time and Dr Watson
appears.
We have changed in monitor to monitor and restart web messaging automatic.
But when users use web messaging it happens often that they cannot load the
page.
It happens on different pages, and if they refresh the page it works
sometimes.
The problem is worse when we have many users logged in.
We are running a peer system with 2 servers.
There are no hardware limitations (Processor P-III 600, RAM 384MB, Hard
drive 20GB).
We have:
100 concurrent users/server
3000 logins/day
5000 users/server
We have had this problem sins we upgraded from Imail 5.x to Imail 6.x, we
can have up to 15 crashes each day!!
We have crashes on a different system too, having max 2 concurrent users, 50
accounts, it does not happend so often, but it crashes sometimes.
We have tried the templates from this address
http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/templates.html, but it does not help.
We also have the latest patches and uppgrades.
We are using a SQL server as accountdatabase, but not on the small test
system that crashes too.
Does anyone have an ide how to solv this problem?
