Sorry for the mis-understanding. Since implementing the IMGATE as the
gateway for all outbound the problem has gone away, but before I did I was
getting 10 to 15 complaints daily vs 5 to 10 per month. Now when they get
bounced back to them, it really is a bad user etc. Not trying to send to
the wrong server.
