Not really sure what you want, but here is something:

If you know the IP for which you want IMail to allow relay, just enter that
IP in the table that appears when you click the 'Addresses' button, in the
SMTP Security tab. Of course, the 'Relay mail for' needs to be set to
'Addresses' before the button becomes active (black). Any other setting will
not allow you to specify an IP. Good idea to stop/start the SMTP service for
any change to take effect.
