After you login to the web mail interface, you should see a list of
available options. One option should be "Change Processing Rules," click
the link and you will then be able to create a rule allowing you to delete
or otherwise process all mail coming into your box. To block one sender,
change the drop down from subject to header and then put the offender's
email address in the next field, change the next drop down box to delete
and finally click the add button again. Sounds complicated but really
isn't once you've walked through it once.
