If something is very important I suggest calling them, their hours are 9am
and 6pm, Eastern Time (USA), Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays,
at (781) 676-5784.
Over the years I've found this member list very helpful but then since your
attachment has no extension I was unable to open it. When sending
attachments it is customary to let everyone know what to expect.
