[IMail Forum] mail postings on the web site

Our client likes to have a discussion list like ( ipswtich list server ) which is possible I know by using the list server & mailing list. Is it possible to post the same discussion list using IMAIL on the web ? I mean someone posts a question in the mailing list, same time it should get posted on to some web site & then if someone replies, it should create a thread of the main quesion on the web. ( In short web sites which runs the discussion groups ) How could I achieve this ? Parag
