We use the log server so I haven't built it in yet. If you email me a 500k copy of your sys logs I will try to get it to read them also.

Thank you,

So far this program really looks like it rocks.  One question.  Ive had my logs going to the Sys*.log files for the most part.  Is there any way the log analyzer will be able to analyze those as well?

Excellent job Jarrett!

I am going to try to have it log IMAP as well as sys logs. We don't have anything running IMAP here so I didn't even think about it ) I have also been told there is a problem with it working with IMail 5.x logs. I am updating it so it will work with the 5.0 log server. Also the next version will have scheduled runs that export to HTML for web viewing. I just need to find a good graphing component that is royalty free. If you know of any please let me know. I am glad that so many of you like it and can use it.

Thanks again for the comments.

PS: If you right click on an address in the message detail it will bring up the log source for that process id. (It rescans the log so it may take a second to get that view) I forgot to put that in the readme file. :)

Very cool, Jarrett! Once I figured out we had to set our SMTP and POP services to use the Log Server instead of the default sys1112.txt log file, installing and running was a piece of cake (6.05a on Win2K Adv Server). I noticed that we can set IMAP to use the Log Server, too... will your app do anything with the IMAP entries?

Now for Web Access log analysis... :)

I wrote a small program that analyzes IMail 6.0 log files and give you full reports on usage with graphs. It shows user totals and more. I though that other people may benefit from it so I have released it.

If you would like a copy you can get it from  http://imanalyze.finesthost.com
Please give me feedback on what you think.

Thank you,
Jarrett Hodge
