Hi Everyone,
We are running IMail v6.05a and just over the last
few days we have started to get some calls from some of our email users that
they cannot send using Outlook Express to any email address outside of those on
the mail server.
The error message that they are all getting
is:
"The message could not be sent
because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail
address was [EMAIL PROTECTED]: subject 'Trials: Accunt: 'info; server:
'mail,vitaproducts.com'; Protocol; SMTP, Server Response: 550 not local host
wsu.edu, not a gateway; Port 25, secure (SSL); No;Server error:550, error
number: Ox800CCC79.
Can anyone give me a solution to this problem. We
have server requires authentication set up also.
