[IMail Forum] mailall.exe

Does anyone know the different parameters for using mailall.exe?  The
knowledge base says to use:

mailall -h ALL -f davem -s "This is my subject" c:\foo\text.txt

Is the davem the "from" user?  What is the -h and the -f for?
