[IMail Forum] outlook express

I am running an NT4.0 network in  a school and have RM connect 2.3 running
on top of NT4.  Our students use outlook express for e-mail.  The problem I
am having is that random students, at random times, on random machines are
having their password rejected.  Any ideas anyone?
