Using regedit, export the following key to a .reg file:

This may wrap...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM|CureentControlSet\Services\E190x1\Parameters\Tcpip

And import it into the new machine.  Of course you will have to change the
E190x1 to match the new adapter in both the export and the resulting .reg
file.
